Lines Around Time

We draw lines around time. We assign artifical beginnings and arbitrary endings. But when a view of the real ending invades our consciousness, the artificiality of everything else is magnified. In the magnification of the artifical, we see massive flaws, cut deep, like canyons, through our mental constructs of how “life ought to be.”
